Partner terms (summary)
These are illustrative operating terms for referral partners. Fee bands below are typical ranges, not a guaranteed rate — commercial terms are confirmed in writing before a referral is accepted.
- Referral fee: typically 8–12% of the first engagement fee for a qualified project you introduce (illustrative range; exact % is agreed per deal), paid after the client’s first invoice is collected.
- You keep the client relationship unless we agree otherwise; OnlineDevelopers contracts for delivery with the client.
- We confirm fit within 10 business days of a complete introduction; either side may decline without obligation.
- No exclusivity: you may refer elsewhere. Confidential client information stays private to the parties involved.
- Either party may end the partner relationship with 14 days’ notice; fees already earned for closed deals still apply.
