   Application review

   We review your experience, portfolio, languages, and the kinds of work you want.

   Interview

   A 45–60 minute call with a delivery lead: how you collaborate, remote habits, tooling, and a recent project you owned end-to-end.

   Evaluation via real task

   A time-boxed practical task (design or engineering) similar to our project work. We assess clarity, judgment, and communication — not trick puzzles.

   Join

   If we align, you are onboarded to the network and notified about matching opportunities.

6. 06

   Collaborate

   You join project teams for defined phases or ongoing delivery, with a lead coordinating with the client.

We schedule the interview after the application passes an initial review. The practical task usually follows within a week. You receive written feedback either way; accepted specialists stay in the opportunity pool for matching projects.
